Founded in 1985 by John Bodary on the principles of Polarity Therapy developed by Dr. Randolph Stone. John Bodary has created a healing and learning community in Southeastern Michigan based on Polarity principles.

Polarity Therapy is a spiritually based, whole-person health care system founded on the idea that energy fields and currents exist everywhere in nature and that the flow and balance of energy in the human body determines our health.

The Polarity Center is staffed by John Bodary, Karen Kerns, Renee Rutz and Betty Teeg and offers Introductory, intermediate, and advanced courses which progressively teach the writings, charts and techniques developed by Dr. Stone.  Each program includes formal class meetings with lectures, group discussions, demonstrations and student experiential participation.

Our courses are based on the educational standards set forth by the American Polarity Therapy Association (A.P.T.A.), our national governing body. We are an approved training center for Polarity Therapy.
