There is not a better place to learn Polarity than from the Polarity Center. The staff are practicing Polarity therapists and have extensive knowledge and experience. My massage practice is greatly enhanced by my energy work and I have not found any other energy system as comprehensive as Polarity. Polarity will fill in some of the blanks to “What the Bleep Do We Know”.

When I took Polarity Therapy the Polarity Center it was a whole life experience - body, mind and spirit. The class time, besides teaching me wonderful practical healing techniques, provided me with a place for my own healing, supporting me and helping me stay balanced through many trying times in my personal life. I didn't know that this would happen; it was an unadvertised bonus that came with the course work. It has continued to nurture me in so many ways providing wonderful colleagues, strong bonds of friendship and a continual source of support for all my endeavors after completing the training. John Bodary provided a safe place to be oneself, to explore, experiment and learn. He always has been the calm presence of love and wisdom encouraging us to believe in ourselves, enjoy life and share what we know. The collegial atmosphere that he has created has left his students knowing that he will be a resource to turn to, welcoming us back for coaching, counseling or friendship as we venture out to share polarity with the
world. From what I've experienced of Karen Kerns and Renee Rutz the quality teaching and the nurturing spirit of John's Polarity Center is being continued under their able teaching and guidance.  I frequently refer massage students to the Polarity Center because I consider my experiences there a gift of immeasurable value and I wish the same for others.

Today Polarity allows me to rest comfortably in my discomfort of living a human experience. I am invited to simply be and to connect with my rawness. I am encouraged to breathe deeply without fear into the faces of my journey while I am learning to soften all around. Perception of all that is deepens and lightens the fog. I am gifted a moment of balance while walking on the edge and before the next wave hits my shore. Change happens.
